Scope of Work

Artisanal Scouting & Curatorial Selection: Vetting and curating master Saudi artisans and craftspeople representing traditional and contemporary handicraft disciplines tailored to each corporate calendar milestone.

Live Interactive Performance Management: Orchestrating immersive, on-site live showcases that actively engage executive teams and guests within the physical creation process.

Provenance & Certification: Issuing official Certificates of Authenticity for all delivered works, establishing provenance, material history, and institutional value.

Dual-City Logistics & Operational Scalability: Handling simultaneous, cross-regional logistical and operational delivery between ECZA's Riyadh and Western Province (Jeddah/Rabigh) facilities, ensuring seamless quality control across repeated activations.
