Project Overview:

Bridging the legacy of equestrian tradition with contemporary form, our consultancy curated a bespoke commission featuring prominent Saudi sculptor Ibtisam Saleh for the Saudi Cup 2025. The project yielded three sculptures that reinterpret the official identity of the world's most prestigious horse race through fluid spatial design, celebrating native materiality alongside bold, contemporary execution.

Scope of Work

Creative Direction & Concept Development: Conceptualized the overarching artistic narrative in precise alignment with the Saudi Cup’s official visual identity.
Artistic Statement: Authored the curatorial and artistic narrative framing the cultural dialogue behind each piece.
Color Direction & Material Application: Defined the brand’s color codes and formulated specialized application techniques for the sculptures’ finishes and textures.
End-to-End Stakeholder Management: Orchestrated operational logistics, handling execution oversight, exhibition placement, and cross-functional coordination.
