Project Overview

Positioned at the intersection of retail architecture and public visual culture, our consultancy directed the transformation of D. Gallerie’s exterior façade into an iconic urban landmark in Riyadh. The project reinterpreted the gallery’s identity through the dynamic energy of contemporary street art, activating an expansive canvas of over 56 square meters. Collaborating with Saudi female graffiti artists, we integrated layered physical media—including treated architectural wood, industrial acrylics, and ambient exterior illumination—to establish an engaging spatial presence.

Scope of Work

Façade Art Concept & Creative Narrative: Formulated a distinct visual concept that unified street art dynamism with the gallery’s curated aesthetic and cultural positioning.

Brand-Aligned Design Proposals: Developed architectural mockups and schematic visual proposals ensuring cohesive brand alignment and urban impact.

Talent Curation & Artist Direction: Sourced, commissioned, and led Saudi female urban artists, translating spontaneous canvas aesthetics into massive architectural scales.

Material Engineering & Lighting Strategy: Specified weather-resistant, exterior-grade mediums, curating an interplay of structural woodwork, acrylic cutouts, specialized mural paints, and custom outdoor accent lighting.

Chromatic Harmonization & On-Site Execution: Managed color system calibration and led daily on-site supervision throughout the two-month production timeline.

Architectural & Technical Detailing: Drafted technical installation layouts to ensure structural stability and seamless integration between artistic components and the existing building envelope.
