Project Overview:

In partnership with 65 Studio, our consultancy directed a bespoke art curation project for a luxury penthouse in Riyadh, delivering a suite of 12 site-specific artworks. Designed to echo the residence’s distinct architectural palette, the collection was created in close collaboration with an emerging Saudi female artist. The pieces establish an intimate dialogue with the surrounding interior textures and light, elevating the residence into a refined, culturally anchored spatial experience.

Scope of Work

• Spatial Art Concept Development: Crafted a tailored curatorial concept rooted in the interior architecture, spatial narrative, and material textures of the penthouse.

• Artist Selection & Creative Guidance: Scouted, vetted, and briefed the collaborating Saudi artist to align execution with the project’s high-end design brief.

• Bespoke Art Direction: Determined exact scaling, thematic narratives, and custom color harmonies suited to each designated interior zone.

• Production Management & Client Iterations: Steered the artistic workflow, material finishes, and feedback rounds to guarantee client satisfaction.

• Provenance & Authentication: Issued formal Certificates of Authenticity for each original piece and comprehensively documented the project milestones through final handover.
